Each Thanksgiving and Christmas, community meals are offered as a way of fellowship, worship and overall community support. Meals are donated, prepared and served by gracious volunteers.
Each Thanksgiving and Christmas, Holiday Meal Bags, containing a complete ready to make meal, are offered to those that need temporary assistance over the holiday. Holiday Food Bags are donated by the members of KC area Church partners. Meals are donated, prepared and served by gracious volunteers.
Each Christmas generous donors and partner Churches provide GUCM with gift items, for all ages, to be used in the Christmas Store. GUCM clients are able to select gift items and wrapping paper to provide Christmas gifts to their loved ones.
Several times per year, GUCM hosts a large, community meal and wellness bag giveaway. Generous donor and partner Churches provide the meal, and personal hygiene items to be given to those in need. Attendees are introduced to the services of GUCM.

The Grace pantry is open four days per week (Monday-Thursday) from 10 AM to 2 PM. The pantry is managed by a GUCM staff member and supported by community volunteers. Grace clients may receive packaged groceries, baked goods, canned goods, perishable foods (as available) and special holiday meal items.

The Grace Clothes Closet is open four days per week (Monday-Thursday) from 10 AM to 2 PM. The pantry is managed by a GUCM staff member and supported by community volunteers. Grace clients may receive men’s, women’s and children’s clothing, both casual and dress. Seasonal clothing is available as well.
